About Jhinuk

Passionately in love with content and communication, my decade long career started in 2003 with a journalistic stint at the Times of India – Bangalore where I covered jobs, careers, business personalities and technology.

In 2007 I decided to stretch my comfort zone and plunged into this new and then unknown world of corporate communication. I worked with NetApp, HP, Samsung and many others as a communication personnel – from 2007-14; driving talent attraction, acquisition and retention.

My stint with NetApp has been particularly interesting because of the many things I got to do. From being involved in employer branding activities like NetApp’s GPTW survey participation, interacting with Indian media to launching internal communication initiatives for talent engagement – my 3 years at NetApp was packed with excitement!

In 2014 I took a break for some time and got in to freelance journalism. I wrote as a contributing author for Russia Today, The Diplomat (Sri LankaIndia’s Ocean diplomacyModi’s Kashmir strategyIndia’s ICBM strategySAARC), Hindustan Times (here and here), apart from my business writing which have been published hereand hereAt present I maintain a blog at Huffington Post.

Interviews, compiling news, penning thought provoking articles always fascinate me. Going forward, through my website, I want to produce content that not only drive better understanding, but also provide an alternate viewpoint, of trends and events across political and business space.
